Happy 4th Birthday Ani-Pock!

Can you believe it? 4 years! Well you probably can believe it. I know it sure feels longer than "just four years." But the truth is, Ani-Pock started back in February of 2005! That was when I was finishing up senior year of high school. Now I'm about to finish up my study here at Berkeley. My senior year of college! Back then it wasn't even called Ani-Pock. It was just a single page with Nanaca Crash. "Ani-Pock blue" hadn't even been set yet. I've posted the video from last year's party that takes you through a history of Ani-Pock.

As you all know, I've been increasingly busy this past year. I want to thank our core members for keeping the site running. I want to especially recognize Kip for his hard work in the blogs.

Each of you make Ani-Pock what it is. Soon (hopefully) I will be graduated and begin working. I may be looking to pass the torch- but worry not Ani-Pock will always exist. I'm not looking to transfer or sell it. Just want to pass the project to someone or a team that has more time to develop it. This of course would most likely be one of you, the best people that know what Ani-Pock is really about.

The details haven't been worked out yet. But rest assured this domain is here to stay. Nothing will be happening with the passing of the torch soon- you'll all know well in advance. Today is a day for celebration, and to many years of Ani-Pock to come!

Thank you for making Ani-Pock what it is. This has really been an unexpected surprise that gives friends, funs and memories I'll cherish forever.

Visitor count wise, we are almost at 3 million! ish.

I've restored Ani-Pock back to the previous design, since I currently do not have time to develop a more compact version of this that allows chat and drawing to happen at the same time.
