Nobody intuitively KNOWs how to walk and talk...
If someone is able to walk and talk at such a young age, then I say kudos to the parents for bringing her up so well... "Baby Talk" might sound cute... but doesn't do much to improve ones vocabulary.
Granted I use little cute voices to talk to my bears... but they are forever babies and don't need such a vast vocab... although they too shock me from time to time with some of the thing they say :P
