They guy is either using an air compressor and he's fiddling with the air flow switch, or he's using an air soft / paint ball gun to shoot air at the dog's face to raise it;s cheeks showing the teeth. Nothing to be scared of, though it is slightly shocking to see such a small dog with those sharp teeth. @.@

Nahhhh, Pocky, it's not mean to the dog~ He loves it~! It's like a toy~ Like when you spray water at your dog, he tries to bite it? They do the same with a blast of air n.n It's usually really cute~
