Hakuna Matata feat. Ani-Pock

HAKUNA MATATA AP VERSION

Including:
TenTen, Rin, FullMetal Wolf, PunkChick and Pocky

Download the Mp3 here.

It took a lot longer to edit that I expected! (A few solid nights). I've also got the raw wave forms for you to look at. This way you can see who's singing what parts and what not (I raised and lowered channels).

You'll want to hit the Full Screen button, or go to the YouTube page itself for the High Quality version. Finding the right software and conversion took literally a whole night! (Look at post time xDD) See ya!

Pretty creative I must say...
What did you end up using to make it?
Audacity? PowerGramo? Something?
What prompted the song choice?
Just a spur of the momment type of thingy? Or was it the song that everyone knew the words too?

Edited with Audacity.
Randomly chosen during a Skype conference.
Spur of the moment.
We looked up a YouTube video that had the lyrics. Everyone was recorded individually.

It was definately a lot of fun but I still wish I could have had more time to practice and we should have chosen parts beforehand. It was really confusing during the ending when timon, pumba, and simba were singing all at different times overlapping each other.

Long time back I tried for a duet with Jent... our levels were so different... I sounded like a whisper and she was rather booming...
Just curious what to use so no uneven repeats.

Kami, everyone's mic levels were different. Audacity's amplify plugin will let you lower and raise entire channels or segments. So a lot of times when people were "soloing" I would raise them up, clean up the EQ's etc.

For recording, the important thing is to not be too loud. If you hit the upper wall of your microphone, there's no way to recover lost data. If you're just a bit quiet, you can amplify within a safe margin.

Can you believe I didn't make it in the Lion King Musical because I didn't look "Ethnic" enough?
Oh... I had the habbit of singing the lead by accident... but still...
Boo!
