New Year, New Ani-Pock

Hey everyone!

As you can see, Ani-Pock has changed looks a bit. For the new year we're going into Express mode while we redevelop the full version of Ani-Pock. Over the years the focus of Ani-Pock has changed. 

First it was flash games, then it was anime, and now it is community. Jumping into express mode will free up time to redesign Ani-Pock's looks, features and code.

I'm posting this up before the new year- will be flying over to Taiwan when the New Year comes in!

Reveal the Ani-Pock Community: Season 3

What's up pockers?

This January 5, marks the next season of the reveal game.
So, in a week we will:
A. Recycle the list. Next Monday's contestant will pick next season's first contestant, which can be anyone from season one (like Kip!), two (like Kip!), or someone who hasn't been a contestant before!
B. Allow you to decide how the reveal game will work for 2009!

That's right! For the next two weeks we are taking suggestions for how we would like to grow and chage the reveal game!

Is there something you always felt needed to be added to the reveal?
Should we only ask contestants questions about various types of fruits? Should Kami pick every reveal contestant instead of the last contestant to go? If so, would "Piggy" be the contestant every week for a year? Should we have two contestants at a time? Lightning bonus round? Or should we scrap the reveal game entirely, for some other kind of weekly contestant game?

If you have any good ideas to share for the reveal game, leave them here, and we will take them into consideration for Season 3 on January 5th!

Just let us know by January 3rd any and all ideas you may have.

Message from Rin (Updated)

I guess there was a time, where I thought I'd always be a part of this community, but it's just about that time I get moving on. I want to thank Pocky, and everyone else for making Ani-Pock such an interesting place. It's full of memories for me, and I've made wonderful friends because of it, even loved ones. I hope Ani-Pock remains a community to accept others as I've been accepted, more or less. ^^' So what's next? That is what I'm about to figure out, so wish me luck. ^^ It's now all in your hands, stay clear of drama, and remember the good times. Take care!~

Edit: Okay, I guess there was some misunderstanding. I'm not leaving for forever, and I'm not leaving because of any negative drama or anything. I'm moving back to Vermont, so internet access, will be limited. So I'm a taking a break from Ani-Pock for a good while, but I plan to come back again in the future! A Message From Rose (Update)

There was once a time I thought the good times I had at ani-pock would last forever. Sadly, I've realized that nothing truly lasts forever. Thinking back there were times I threatened to leave but then came back. This is not about that or those times I thought no one cared about what I had to say.

I guess what I am trying to say is that I have come to realize that I am beginning to outgrow ani-pock to an extent and its time to finally say my goodbye's to ani-pock (well for now anyways). Its time I just take take some time to cut back on time I spend time on the computer. For now, I must say my goodbye's at the moment though I don't wish to. Peace everyone and many this place provide with many wonderful memories!

Update: With the good things not lasting forever, I believe I was refering to things at school. Hope there wasn't any confusion by this post. The thing is once school starts I won't be able to come on here like I use to. I'm not leaving forever..I've thought about leaving forever but things keep drawing me back in. I just need to cut back on time I spend on the site so I'll be on the site from time to time. Just not frequently like I use to. I haven't been doing to well in school and have been missing out on a lot of activities. School will be coming first and things will be like this for awhile until I can get grades up and are doing better in school.
